Verification of Assessments

This certificate identifies assessments and other moneys owed to the association by the unit owner for prospective buyers before the closing of a sale. The certificate provides a prospective buyer with information specific to the named property owner and association (current rate of assessments, due dates, pay frequency, balance, etc).

*NOTE:

If the association is part of another entity or facility (master association, sub-association or recreation association, etc.), a separate disclosure document will be needed for that association.

If an account is with an attorney for collections additional payoff figures will be required from the attorney. Attorney contact information will be included with the certificate.

Any associations that require a pre-approval letter for the buyer should be obtained in advance. If pre-approval has not been completed prior to the purchase of any certificates or documents it will cause a delay.

Lender Disclosure Form - Standard Standard disclosure document (PUD/HOA Certificate, Mortgage Questionnaire) providing named Association's financial disclosures and summary information.
Next Day Standard Lender Disclosure form will be completed the next business day if received by 4:00 PM. The document will be emailed or faxed upon completion. Note: The price of $150 includes a $50 administrative rush fee.	$150

Lender Disclosure Form - Custom Lending companies requiring the use of their own form (PUD/HOA Certificate, Mortgage Questionnaire) to obtain named Association's financial disclosures and summary information. Please send form along with owner name, association name and your contact information to closings@LelandManagement.com to be completed.
Next Day Custom Lender Disclosure form will be completed the next business day if received by 4:00 PM. The document will be emailed or faxed upon completion. Note: The price of $200 includes a $50 administrative rush fee.	$200
